First Look at New HR Tech: Benchmarking and People Analytics Solutions from Paychex

One of the highlights of the annual HR Technology Conference each year is the opportunity to get hands-on demonstrations of the very latest innovations in HR tech from the industry’s leading providers. New ideas, solutions, and categories are constantly on display in HR tech, (small “t”) and at HR Tech, (capital “T”). And it is especially exciting to see that long-time industry leaders like Paychex are continuing to move the needle on innovation by developing and delivering new capabilities to their hundreds of thousands of customers.

At the Conference, Steve Boese was treated to a “first look” at one such new innovation – the latest solutions from Paychex, in partnership with Visier, the globally recognized leader in people analytics and workforce solutions, to enable more robust benchmarking and deliver enhanced People Analytics. These new benchmarking reports and an enhanced HR analytics solution, available to all Paychex’ 740,000 customers, will enhance the analytics currently available in Paychex established enterprise-level reporting. Additionally, the combined technology solution will perfectly complement Paychex’ industry-leading HR advisory services.

These new benchmarking and People Analytics solutions are fully integrated into Paychex Flex®, the company’s cloud-based SaaS solution, and the combined data sources will provide validated analytics for accurate benchmarking and insights to medium and small businesses and give them a modern, easy-to-deploy approach to analytics beyond traditional business intelligence (BI).
