For International Women’s Day, which is today, Wednesday March 8th 2017, we thought that we would look back to some of our favorite, recent HR Happy Hour Shows that featured amazing women doing fantastic work.
The topics and the conversations are not necessarily ‘women’s’ topics, which is why they perhaps matter even more. These shows and these guests simply represent just a few of the incredible and successful women in HR, HR Tech, and in business more widely, and we are lucky to have had the chance to spend some time talking with them.
For each show there will be a link to the show home page, as well as an embedded widget player for that episode, (email and RSS subscribers will need to click through).

Diversity should be looked at as a business imperative and the way to actually move the needle in the organization is to look for root causes, and set about addressing these causes. The key is to bring facts and data to the table, and think through the problems in a manner that is similar to taking on all kinds of business challenges.
