The HRevolution is Coming

Are you a HR blogger or aspiring HR blogger? Do you follow other HR pros on Twitter but never had a chance to meet them all? Then the HRevolution is for you!
What IS the HRevolution? It is an “un-conference” for HR bloggers and aspiring bloggers to have an opportunity to meet and also share ideas on HR and social media. Created by Ben Eubanks (of UpstartHR and on Twitter @beneubanks) and me, the idea came from hearing that traditional conferences may not be addressing HR issues and social media in the way that bloggers do. So, HRevolution was born.
HRevolution will be held November 6- 7, 2009 in Louisville, KY. The committee (Trish, Ben, Steve Boese, and Crystal Peterson) decided on Louisville because it is the most central location based on the interest we’ve seen. We’re near to finalizing the location and I promise, it will be outstanding!
HERE’S WHERE WE NEED YOUR HELP: If you are interested in HRevolution, we’re looking for volunteers to present topics (nothing too formal though, these will be conversational in nature) as well as sponsors.

Also, there are sections where you can contribute your ideas, volunteer to be a presenter, or offer to be a sponsor.
